Anybody selling real estate will tell you that your house should be “move in ready” if you want to attract buyers and get the best price quickly.
We will walk through your property with you and point out what should be done and what DOES NOT have to be done to maximize your return on investment. We’ve been doing this since 1972.
If you have an outdated kitchen but it’s clean and functional you’re probably better off doing nothing. If you have shabby carpets that need attention, either clean them or replace them. Get your squeeky doors and windows working right (it’s cheap) and make sure your plumbing isn’t dripping or shabby looking. Replacing a bathroom faucet is about $150 (including the faucet)! If the exterior south wall of your house needs paint, don’t paint the whole house, just the south wall. If the house looks shabby but the paint is pretty good, just paint the trim with a real sharp, clean, complimentary color.
We work with the homeowner to help them accomplish their goals.
The charge for this service ($100) is deducted if you have us do the work.
