We inspect all your home’s systems including: 1) Electrical receptacles, switches, ground fault interrupters, proper grounding 2) Plumbing fixtures, shut off valves (angle stops), hot water heater fittings, P traps, strainers, 3) Gas piping, loose pipes, combustible material near hot surfaces 3) Heating system, forced air unit filter and heater, duct condition, proper balance between rooms, thermostat function, proper exhaust ducting 4) Locks, windows, doors 5) Foundation cracks, earth wood contact at siding, proper drainage of downspouts, proper perimeter drainage 6) Roof condition, flashing (metal at roof edges and around chimney, around vents and skylights 7) Chimeny condition, proper spark arrestor or hood.

We report items that are: 1) In good condition and you should not waste your money on 2) Items to keep an eye on and should be looked at in the near future and 3) Items that need to be addressed as soon as possible (water leaks, gas leaks, chimney combustion gases in the house.
